did you hear Neil <guess!!!@gmail.com> say in

an update for those who are interested.

first off, thanks to all for the kind thoughts. The Mrs really
appreciates it as do I.

Her brothers memorial will be tomorrow and she has told me that the
emotions go in waves. most times she's ok, but there are a few moments
when she fails to be her stoic self. Time heals all...

Police have indicated that likely after a seizure, he fell into the
water, hit his head on a submerged pipe and drowned. We were initially
told that he was found in a nearby wooded area, but this was not the
case. Had his jacket not snagged on something, it might have been quite
some time before we found him. (please excuse the gruesome thoughts)

While there is little comfort to be found here, I try to tell her family
that he died most likely painlessly and doing something he really loved
to do (fishing).

I'm back for today so I am glad to be in here and not have my mind on it.
Tomorrow and Wednesday, I'm off with the family.

diabetes really suck...thanks again for the kind thoughts.

Time heals all...

Neil, that statement is completely true. Take it from me, I lost both my
parents at a fairly young age and although it takes time, it gets better
every day. Allow yourselves adequate time to grieve and then you'll all
start to heal. Take it one day at a time. Our thoughts and prayers are with
you guys.

Some people are like a Slinky.
Not good for much but still fun to push down a flight of stairs.
