running 32 bit Vista with 64 bit virtuals

Hello,
if i am running AMD k2 6000 64 bit processor, can i run 32 bit Vista
(enterprise) and also run 64 bit virtuals (exchange 2007 64 bit)

Not with any Microsoft virtualization product. VMWare claims to do it, but
I've only ever used a 64bit host there. Your 32-bit vista is limited to 4gb
of RAM, which isn't going to leave much to run a 64bit Exchange VM in any
case.
