Hello group. I hope I can communicate this correctly, so here it goes:
I have a 2524 with a T1-WIC (Serial 0 - it's a frame circuit) and an
ethernet port. My ISP assigned me a static IP but what I want to do is
assign that static IP to a firewall device on the inside network
(connected to the Cisco's e0 interface) - and thus the 2524 would act
as a bridging device and not really perform any ip routing. Is this
possible and if so, how would one go about doing it?
TIA,
-Ponga
