I have a neighbor who insists on still using dial-up for everything. She uses pcAnywhere to access her business computer from home. The problem is, she has the computer with pcAnywhere running host mode and an old Brother fax machine on the same phone line. The line goes in to the fax machine first, then rolls over to the computer. When she wants to access her computer, she has to remember to unplug the fax machine so when she calls in from home, the pcAnywhere host will pick up the call. Then of course, she does not receive her faxes because the fax machine is off and pcAnywhere host doesn't know what to do with a fax signal. Is there software (or hardware) which I can recommend for her so that when a call comes in, it will direct a fax to her fax machine or a connection for pcAnywhere to the computer? you may contact me direct at
