For some reason my phone doesn't work with my HP Officejet 6300 All-in-
One. The test gives five PASSES, and there's definitely a dial tone,
so the wall-socket-to-fax-machine connection is ok. But the fax to
phone connection doesn't work. I've tried a different cable, so that's
not the problem, and the phone itself is ok.

What could the problem be?
