Mitel YA Softphone PC Reqs

I've been tasked with finding the minimum and recommended PC specs for running the YA Softphone. There's nothing specific in the engineering and administration documentation we've been given. The system going to be used is the 3300 ICP.

Would it be safe to assume any PC produced in the last 5 years would be viable? What about network adapter and mode?
