Dear community,

I want to marshal objects:

- http://docs.python.org/lib/module-marshal.html

where I have problems with a bigger objects, e.g.
self.contiguousSurfaceResidues, see below.

I was writing the object to file:

fDump1 = open('dump_13PK_C.dat','wb')
marshal.dump(self.contiguousSurfaceResidues, fDump1)
fDump1.close()

loading it again:

fDump1 = open('dump_13PK_C.dat','rb')
self.contiguousSurfaceResidues = marshal.load(fDump1)
fDump1.close()

which yields nonsense as output, i.e. square-symbols etc. How to handle large objects? Thanks.
