OT: The Office

I know you're all stuck in your cubicles all day, but tonight on NBC is the
premiere of The Office. You know, the blatant ripoff of the (probably)
superior British version. Last time NBC pulled a stunt like this Coupling
was moved to the Recycle Bin. Anyway, Steve Carrell, in addition to being
from the great state of Massachusetts, is one funny sunofabitch. I rather
like the original Office, but I'm willing to bet that the new one won't be
great, but worthy of TiVoing.

I wasn't as impressed as I thought I'd be. The previews make it look
funnier. Although it is better than most of the garbage on TV. But Tivo's
set for a Season Pass nonetheless.

There is no best show on tv right now. It all sucks. What doesn't suck
initially is so buggered up with commercials that it ends up sucking like
a black hole.
