Yes, it's very good. Very good for cheating. For doing things the right way,
no, it's bad.

Stay away from "free/real" supposed exams, questions from these places are
incorrect and incomplete. Reading these will just put incorrect
logic/knowledge in your head and will cause you to fail the exam and
possibly lose your job through some dumb mistake.
The "testimonials" are fake advertisements.

The best suggestion would be to find some money to purchase a book to study
or perhaps try a local library for available books. If they don't have a
book available you can make a request to have one purchased.

for 70-290 (as for any other MCP exam), I strongly suggest you not to use
Testkings.

I suggest both "Transcender" and "MeasureUp" simulators.
In my experience, I generally use both them; if you are planning preparing
your exam using official Training Kits you can buy the 70-290 TK (Managing
and Mantaining a Windows Server 2003 Environment) that comes with a
particular version of the MeasureUp included with over 400 test questions
and also the Transcender test engine specific for your exam.

Finally, I strongly suggest you the MS TechNet Plus subscription, where you
can find tons of arcticles, videos and demos about all objectives of the
exams.
