I've searched all over the web on this one and through all the help
files and books online. I'm trying to configure SQL XML to run on my Windows 2003 Server with SQL Server 2000 with all the latest service packs. I get 404 - page cannot be found errors when I try any queries. Furthermore, I noticed that my Inetpub/wwwroot folder doesn't contain localhost.asp or iisstart.asp. Is that normal? I can see them in XP, but it could be IIS 5.1 has them but IIS 6.0 does not. Nothing on M$soft's site clues me in as to what SHOULD be in the Inetpub folder on a default install of IIS on Win2k3 server. Unsurprisingly they've also done very little to document all the headaches associated with SQL XML & IIS, and apparently there are plenty. I did find this site... http://www.sqlxml.org/faqs.aspx?faq=79 and tried everything mentioned here - no dice. Any ideas? blastingfonda |

Never mind. Had to install SQLXML v3.0 with SP3 and that got it to
work. I somehow thought this would be rolled into SQL Server 2000 SP3 but I guess they are completely separate updates. blastingfonda |
