My computer sometimes stops when I am running Microsoft Word 2003 or Outlook
Express (the program is not responding). Changing keyboard did not solve the
problem, neither did a fresh installation of Windows XP Home and Office 2003
after format C: . Somebody any idea??

Could be memory. How much memory do you have?

Why not take a look at a less bloated software, Open Office?

www.openoffice.org .

Why would you consider that a keyboard has anything to do with your problem
?

Does your computer instal updates (microsoft and office) without any problem
?
