Hi guys,

I am a Systems Engineer in California, however still looking towards
getting the MCSE cert, I have 6 years experience, and focused mostly
in server 2k3.

Given this which set of books would you guys recommend?
Im looking for something that would be straight to the point without
much preparation for a novice user... im not sure if I am
overestimating my skills but Im looking for the most direct self paced
books out there that you can recommend.
