Yes.
Depends on the employer. It's entirely possible, under certain
circumstances, they won't pay at all.

The MCSE is the superior certification. You can earn as many MS certs as
your time and aptitude permit. Landing a job in the field is enough of a
question that books have been written about it, but an MCSE will look better
on a resume` than an MCSA.
