is there any possiablity to open this newsgroup from Outlook ?

Sure. I use Outlook Express and am not sure of the exact procedure for
Outlook. You can use the server " news.Microsoft.com " as the news server to
use in the account you create for news. It does not require any credentials
to use. This newsgroup is " Microsoft.public.cert.exam.msce ". You will find
LOTS of helpful newsgroups on the MS server. --- Steve
