Can someone please tell me if I can use 74613 for 2bit counter?
74163 is a sync 4bit counter..datasheet: http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/sn74163.pdf If I say input 2 and input 3 (c and D) is GND, will it work at 2bit counter? I am going to simulate it but I can't understand by looking at the datasheet. Thank you, Martin martstev@gmail.com |

Just use the two LSBs (A & B). Then you will count modulo 4, instead of
modulo 16.
