Hi. I am just about to sit my last few MCSE 2000 exams and am undecided
whether to complete the modules for a straight MCSE or whether to go for
MCSE: Security. They both have very similar overlaps, although I am
particularly interested in the Security side and have no problems with the
content of either. Can anyone suggest any advantages of one over the other
?

I also want to sit the upgrade exams to complete upgrade to an MCSE 2003.
Are any issues upgrading MCSE: Security 2000 to MCSE: Security 2003 compared
with the upgrading the straight MCSE ?

Thanks for any help,
Stuart.

I've actually gone for the Security test, it's a lot harder than it
looks. This test is up there with the 216 and 217 tests. I would wait
untill you go through to your MCSE 2003 before you return to Security
again. Right now I'm 1 away from the MCSE 2003. The 2003 tracks are a
bit harder than 2000.
