Default Security certs and version level

Hi

earlier today I passed 299 (Sec. Admin on 2K3). I intend to take Security+
in the near(ish) future to obtain the MCSA2003: Security credential.

As part of my MCSE2000 I tool the 2000 version of the security design exam.

As it stands is there any way I qualify for a MCSE*:Security credential
without taking further exams?

Given the above I would have to either take 2K Sec Admin exam to complete
2000 path, or similarly take 2K3 design exam to complete 2003 path. I'm
loathe to take either exam as not being upgrade exams there will be enormous
overlap between the versions and I wouldn't learn as much as I might.

Asking more in hope than expectation, but it would be nice.

Thanks in advance.

Gordon
