HP zv5000 | LCD Screen and Card Reader Issues

The screen on my laptop has this annoying line that doesnt go away, i
know its the actual LCD screen cuz whenever I rock the screen it
sometimes go away or it gets worse...

Is it best for me to just replace it with a newer screen, or can i
just bring this to a laptop specialist and have them fix it?

Or is there anyway I can fix this by myself...
