Maybe, but he didn't cause the tech boom/bust.

Technically, the war vs. Iraq is already won. Unfortunately, we are now
fighting a new war against different opponents. These people don't want to
see democracy in the middle-east.

The problem with this argument is you act like the President is the only one
who believed it. He isn't. The Russians, Brits, French etc... they all
believed that they existed.

Supply and demand dictates gas prices. The demand is currently really high
and it will only get worse as winter hits. The supply keeps being affected
as well by things like unrest in Iraq, Russian oil companies assessts being
frozen, political unrest in Venezula.

at one point in time they had them, they could easily have produced
them again. To me that's good enough reason.
