Des Moines bylaw 802.11b states that any MCSE's living within the city as of
12/31/01 will be allowed to continue practicing, under the supervision of a
watchdog agency (later determined to be www.icertify.net). However, no new
MCSEs will be allowed to work (in any capacity) in the city (beginning on
01/01/02)

To live in Des Moines? Heck, I’d need three times that just so I
could fly elsewhere every weekend.
