How important is it for an Engineer to learn how to
script? I find more and more if my time is spent researching how a script is going to work or trying to build one of my own. It would also be extreamly helpful if those that do know or understand scripting could point me in the direction of a good book to purchase on the subject or even a good website. I currently have Microsof's Windows 2000 Scripting Guide. It helps with some of the problems but I was hoping for more of a beginners book. Any search I do on Google ends up providing endless results that have little to do with what I am looking for. (probably because I am not wording it correctly) Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks BSB BSB |

Thanks Laura for the web site. I have used the Scripting
Center from time to time. I will use the web site you offered and see if I can get a little better at this.
