My sisters labtop using windows vista IE 7 cannot access one website,
www.axiacollege.com. The problem occurred earlier today, and I cannot
seem to figure out what is causing it. It was able to access this
morning on the same network its on now. And I can access the site on
my computer.

I have downloaded and ran several spyware/malware fixes and none have
come up with anything.

I downloaded and saved a log from hijackthis that i'll post now as
well:

Does anyone have a possible solution, im racking my brain with this.
I
cannot access the site in firefox either and cannot ping the site as
well. Besides spyware/malware removal tools i have only tried the
netsh winsock reset command. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Chris

Start | Run <type in>
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
<enter>
Sometimes it works

Since your IE7 works, don't download any updates for awhile.

open a cmd window and type ipconfig /all and post the results, could
be a dns server error. can you ping 64.233.167.99?

Check her HOSTS file to make sure axiacollege.com wasn't added.

Are these machines behind a router?

Do you have access to the router?

Can you connect the machine to the modem and the problem follows?
