I just say one of my ferrets walking across the room...carrying an SCSI
terminator in her mouth. I don't know how she got to it. (note: It wasn't hooked up to anything.) Maybe she's just trying to set up some hardware. I just told her to make sure to set unique IDs on the devices. I'll get worried if I see her trying to drag a monitor somewhere. Mike T Mike T. |

I used to have a couple of ferrets. About 20 years ago, I was watching TV
in the living room Loki (one of them) ran out of my bedroom, across the living room, and under the stereo set (the one place he new I couldn't get him. Sensing he probably did some form of damage to the bedroom, I got up and peered into the bedroom. It was night and there was no light on. No light, that it, except for the dim glow from beside the bed. On the floor, next to my night stand, was the phone. The buttons for dialing were lit automatically when you picked it up. Apparently Loki had knocked the phone onto the floor. The peculiar part (and point of this pointlessly wrong story) was the elderly voice on the other end going "hello? Hello?" I picked up the phone, and said (as politely as I could) "I'm sorry, but Loki's busy right now and hung up. Apparently Loki had been startled (or interested) in the glowing #'s, and pounced on them. And called somebody. -- RL (long storyteller) Coppedge, MCSE/MCT NorthEast Ohio www.RLCoppedge.com "Mike T." <root@127.0.0.1> wrote in message news:... > I just say one of my ferrets walking across the room...carrying an SCSI > terminator in her mouth.
