It was a cool evening I had by bonus in my pocket and just picked up notes
on a scandal and was heading out of the store. There was a pretty blond
lady. Our eyes met. She motioned me over to her and said she had a great
offer. She showed me the Toshiba HD dvd machine. I told her I am waiting
for the war to be over. She drew close. I gave in and bought the DVD
player. After getting it home I tried a couple of hd dvd discs on my 52
inch JVC hd ila set using the hdmi connection. The picture was surreal.
Never saw anything like it. But what about my rental DVD that was not high
definition. It looked as clear and direct TV's HBO channel showing the
sopranos. I did not wait for the winner . I may be sorry the this is way
too good to pass up. Because of the pretty blond lady I am happy.
