It depends on what you're doing. If you're working with Exchange,
you could extend your MCSA to MCSA Messaging, that should be only one
or two exams.

Here's the general overview:

http://www.microsoft.com/learning/mc...erver2003.mspx

On your mcp page (https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/) you should find
the certificate planner, showing you exactly which exams you need
for what certifications.

If you not only administrate systems, but also design and
implement them, the MCSE would be a good idea - depending on your
electives you will probably need 2-3 exams.

Look into PowerShell - it's the best that happened for system
administrators in the past few years.

Best to stay with the admin side of things then. It would be a shame for
you to just achieve this certification and not have a need for it.

Unless you are a real geek. A real geek just needs to know. No reason,
just gotta know.

I have no knowledge of the job situation in the UAE. But there must be
something out there. I am not discouraging you from taking the exams.
However, I just want you to understand that the elite certification,
such as the MCSE, requires thorough knowledge of Windows 2003 Server and
its services. It cannot be learned by book alone. I want you to be
successful and I want your certifications to be valuable to you. Which
is why my advice stands. Good luck!
