Medical IT is the way it's supposed to be going. They sure should be able to afford big IT staffs with the cost of healthcare going through the roof. -- Fris "Doc" bee®, MCNGP #13 The MCNGP Team - We're here to help! http://www.mcngp.tk Certaholics http://groups.yahoo.com/group/certaholics =?Windows-1252?Q?Frisbee=AE?= |

they've got it right....with the boomers retiring and
beginning to need extended long term care, etc. the Healthcare industry will need to see an explosion of healthcare workers to handle the load. right now there is one RN for each 900 patients. This will become 1 for every 20,000 at present growth rates. and of course, the need for more qualified healthcare people will require more IT infrastructure. and it's HIPAA not HIPPA. >-----Original Message----- >i'm hipaa compliant > > >"Rowdy Yates" <> wrote in message >news:Xns95028D2411DB6rowdyyates2123@207.46.248.16 ... >> Frisbee® <> wrote in >> news:: >> >> > Medical IT is the way it's supposed to be going. >> > >> > They sure should be able to afford big IT staffs with the cost of >> > healthcare going through the roof. >> >> HIPPA cert's all the way.... >> >> Rowdy Yates >> -- >> "why make it simple when we can complicate it beyond belief" >> -- >> Visit Rowdy's Home Page >> http://rowdy_yates2.tripod.com/ >> > > >. > no one |

My money's on IT Consulting or IT Infrastructure, interated Telecom
technologies (3G. Nows the time for implementation), IT in finance sector is likely to grow with Major focus on Security. IT Support and development for Hospitals will grow too.
