Greetings,

I'm having no luck while trying to import mail from Thunderbird 1.5.0.7
to Thunderbird 1.5.0.10 on a new install. I've tried the import
functions available in the program, I've deleted the profile and tried
from there (for some reason the "do not import" function is permanently
selected with the new profile setup), and I've tried the manual profile
folder copy and paste method - all with no success. When manually
pasting the folders into the profile T'bird sees them but will not open
the individual messages in each folder. It just hangs while displaying,
"Building Summary file for Inbox." I really don't want to use outlook,
so any ideas would be forever appreciated.

A pointer from a gracious reader at netscape.public.mozilla.general led
to the fact that not copying the .msf files in the original profiles
folder to the new profiles folder did the trick.
