That RAID is "Promise 378 S-ATA RAID" according to the
"PCI\VEN_105A&DEV_3373" supplied below.
Is it embedded in your motherboard?
What motherboard do you have?
Have you gone to the mobo manufacturer site?
Is it an add-on card?

If this is a motherboard embedded RAID card, and you're not using it as a
RAID controller, but just have straight SATA drives attached or have no
drives attached to it all then you can ignore the ? mark in device manager.

If you have the FastTrac 378 chipset on your motherboard go to
http://www.promise.com/support/downl...ver&os=0&go=GO,
the first file for the FastTrac S150 TX is the file that you need. It's
still a beta release but it works with x64. It won't work with Vista x64
because it isn't signed.

Bios version 1007.003

I've gone to the ASUS web-site, and there is no driver for this element for
xp-64.

as far as I see is a Promise 150A - 378- ATA RAID.
