That's one big driver. Almost twice the size of previous versions combined.
Doesn't say if it has both 32/64 bit drivers, but since the others do guess
it is worth a try. Thanks and of course we trust your links

Thanks! I'm downloading it right now to try on RC1 64bit. I've an ABIT AN8
32X with Realtek onboard sound and l o a d s of music.

I can't hear or see any difference OP. I've got sound sure, but I have to go
to the realtek Program folder and click on the RTLCPL program to set up my
speakers etc. In XP it was in the Control Panel.

I tried the link that you left Carlos, it did not work so I went to the main
web page and click on the links and was taken to this web page
(http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false)
which worked and downloaded v6171 in zipped format.
