QTA 1.71 (http://www.free-codecs.com/QuickTime...e_download.htm) has
just been released.
The good news is that it is again compatible with x64.
It had lost its compatibility after version 1.69

Changes in QuickTime Alternative 1.71 final :
- Updated Media Player Classic to version 6.4.9.0 rev. 611
- Downgraded QuickTime components to version 7.0.4.80. This restores Windows
2003/XP64 compatibility.
- Replaced QuickTime DirectShow parser with a new set of filters. These
should perform better in WMP and other players. No DirectShow filters are
required to play QuickTime files in Media Player Classic.- Removed localized
QT components, making everything English only.
