Video playback with IE7 Beta

Based solely on a coupla posts here I just installed the IE7 beta3. It
replaced my 32-bit IE6 browser, leaving my 64-bit IE6 intact. Tried to play
an MSN video. Unlike the 64-bit browser, which prompts me to load a player
that (of course) won't load or install, IE7 actually makes an effort to play
a video. Nice, ummm effort, but it doesn't seem to work. "Loading Video..."
flickers and the preview panes rush by over and over. Should they/will they
be ultimately working? If not, how am I to playback videos and Fash pages
since 32-bit IE6 is presumably gone? Or is it?
