Steps:
1) Open "My Network Places"
2) Open "Add Network Place"
3) Click "Next"
4) Select "Choose another network location" and click "Next"
5) Enter "https://www.microsoft.com/" (or some other valid https dav
location that works in XP Pro x32) and click "Next"

Result: "The folder you entered does not appear to be valid. Please choose
another."

On XP Pro x32, the https:// dav extension works fine, however on x64, for
some reason, the http:// works but not https://.

So, how do you map a https:// dav location in x64?
