Diskpar on Windows 2003 x64

Hi ihave been using diskpar on partitions presented to our exchange servers
from our san and iam now trying the same thing on x64 system but the
command never completes:
diskpar -s 2
y
y
64
after inputing the starting offset 64 nothing happens.

Does anyone know if this tool can be used on x64 or should i be using
diskpart ?

If ishould be using diskaprt whats the synatx, all iam trying todo is align
the partitions presented from the SAN in a optimal way.
