What I've learned today.

MCSE's and those *working toward* MCSE's do
it not for money but because it's a calling.

They love computers, small children, Iranians,
and Mormons. Many of them have a rather strange
sense of humor and probably have kicked their
neighbors' dog at least once. They are often violent
toward Indians (dot not feather).

There is usually porn involved, yeah, lots of porn.
And they eat a lot of very expensive chocolate, in
fact, they will give away all the system passwords
for chocolate.

If you pay them too much they will sit in front of
their computer all day chatting on newsgroups.

If you pay them too little, they will sit in front of
their computer all day chatting on newsgroups.

Occasionally they will do some real work, like
compile an MCSE prospectus or hook up a wireless
printer, or maybe change a Class B address to a
class C address.

In all they are underpaid, overly social and certainly
under appreciated.

MCSE's, I salute you.
