where do i look for help!!
I keep getting a fatal exception O.E. 0028c0059471 message
whenever i log on to internet can anyone tell me what is wrong with my computer or point me into the right microsoft area to ask for help? it tells me to click on any key then the screen goes blank and it only loads half way again leaving lots of my tray on the bottom empty but i can still log on again then after a while it does it again and shuts down internet any help would be greatly accepted ally.b |

What's the rest of the message? When you say you try to access the
internet, do you mean through dial up? Possibly modem. Or do you mean when you turn the computer on, you get the message?
