wireless printer

hi all feind of mine is having trouble setting up his
wirless printer, he rang me on the phone couse im the help
desk for a small office i should know all about this but
had no idea havent evan touched 'em as yet, any way he
says he is using a program called PrintSir to conect
wirelessly to the printer but it cannot see the printer
but he had a friend out a couple of days ago who was able
to conect fine and print any ideas thanks
