yup, that's the 16 bit error message alright. Gee, that give me a sense of
confidence in their ability to do 64 bit.

I just downloaded the ZoneAlarm for Win x64 and installed it on my
system with absolutely no problem.

It is up and running at this moment!

It tells me it is a Beta version and will expire in 28 days.

Just re-downloaded it. Seems as if the peeps at ZoneAlarm upgraded the
installer. If you had downloaded it a few hours ago, you would have seen
what the rest of us were seeing.

This is the first file:
02/14/2006 04:08 PM 9,967,299 zaSetup_65_588_000_beta.exe

This is the one I just now downloaded:
02/14/2006 08:11 PM 10,005,608 zlsSetup_65_588_000_beta.exe

If you look at the dates of the files in the package the most recent are
02.13.2006. My guess would be their packaging program screwed up, not
the "peeps" at Zone Labs! Or an upload error!
