Converting a DVD to an AVI file for viewing on a laptop during travel. Using
this method increases battery life over playing a DVD in the DVD drive. I
use FairUse Wizard v2.1a, it takes longer than other programs but the video
and audio quality is better. Comparing time to convert a 7.26GB movie to a
715MB AVI file is the same with x86 and x64. The test machine has a 4400x2
AMD processor. CPU temperatures were the same, FPS the same, CPU usage 5%
less with x64, PF 80MB more with x64.

Interesting. Now we need a 64-bit version of the program and see how it
