Is it possible to boot 32 bit guest o/s's using Virtual PC or Virtual Server
when the host os is Windows 64bit Edition?

Virtual Server SP1 Support Host OS running x64, VPC 2004 is not, you can
running 32 bit guest OS on Virtual Server with SP1, the real name is Virtual
Server R2

The recently released Virtual Server 2005 R2 supports 32-bit guest OS's on a
64-bit host. VMWare 5.5 supports 32-bit OR 64-bit guests on 64-bit hosts.
And Virtual PC doesn't support x64 at all. It will not install.
