Is this version backward compatible.
I have program called Xpass. It worked fine in win 64 til I loaded
netframework 2.0. Now the program does not fill in the passwords It works
fine with netframework version 1.0.3705 once I uninstalled 2.0

I thought the strategy behind the .NET Framework, is that target a specific
version or build of it. So if you know that version 1.1 is installed on most
computers, thats the build you develop for.
