This newsgroup, for free. All others? No thanks. I live in Paradise and
anything that takes me away is a bad thing. So I mostly don't leave.
Sometimes the book projects require me to go down to Redmond, and I do (as
long as the sun is out so I can drive with the top down.) But I come back
home as quickly as possible and I stay here. I set my fees high enough that
people don't bother me. Or if they do, it's almost worth it.
