IE 32bit No Connection Yet 64bit Works Fine

IE 32 doesn't work, yet 64bit does. I connect through a Http proxy. Any
suggestions.

Known problem with NVIDEA firewall. Even though the user never enables it,
one still sees this problem. Workaround that we've seen here is to install
the firewall if it hasn't already been installed, and then un-install it.

Nvidia firewall. Install it, then uninstall it.
