Might be, but that is what shows up in system information for the OEM I
bought from Directron.

Some may be wondering why x64 Edition is based on an "SP1" code base. While
the 32-bit XP Professional is on SP2 (Service Pack 2) code base, Windows
Server 2003 is still on an SP1 code base. Since XP x64 Edition is based on
the Server 2003 code base, it also ships as an "SP1" product. However,
Microsoft's security level additions to XP Pro SP2 are also featured in x64
Edition SP1, including Microsoft's Security Center and native Windows
Firewall being enabled by default.
