MDI window support in 64-bit Windows

Under 64-bit Windows 2003 I'm no longer able to make CTRL+F6 and CTRL+F4
work with MDI applications. I've tested one of my own apps, plus an old
version of Paint Shop Pro 4.

Both work under all 32-bit operating systems, but under x64 MDI support has
diminished.

Anyone able to get an MDI app to process CTRL+F4/F6 properly? (Close MDI
child/Next MDI window)
