For those of interest.

There are native x64 drivers (some are thunked) for the ATI All-In-Wonder
Radeon 9600/9600Pro. You will get full functionality of the card if you run
the MS OEM drivers. If you install the x64 Catalyst driver from ATI, it will
disable the tuner functions and you will need to reinstall the WDM drivers
manually, one at a time.

You cannot run the 32 bit ATI MMC, but you can run WinDVR 3 from Intervideo
if you need to have TV viewing or want to record TV shows on x64. BeyondTV
from Snapstream has a compatibility issue with certain Radeon driver
versions and in this case it will install, but you will not be able to
record or view.

Hauppauge WinTV-PVR or any Conexant based MPEG codec card (Diamond, Adaptec)
will not be recognized on x64. There are no drivers.
