Trial Version download problems

When i try to download a trial version of it says

The following error(s) has occurred:

No Product Key can be returned at this time.
If quantity does not equal '1', please correct the quantity and re-submit.

The quantity is equal to 1 and theres no way of entering a different
quantity. Is this a known problem?

Its buggy at the moment, just keep on trying it will eventually go through.

it's not just buggy , it just does not work
