Which part of the preparation process are you at at the moment? Have you
already registered for the exam? If not, I encourage you to do so, so as to give yourself a set timeline to motivate and prepare. Practice by doing, you may hear these words a lot, but it really does help you familiarize yourself with the environment that of which is being tested (better than just reading what is written in books or notes). As far as testing aids, the Microsoft published Training Kits are pretty good. But what can really help prepare you is the MeasureUp simulator software that comes with the book. Know the concepts, not just memorization. Finally, no matter which stage you are at, I encourage you to check out the MCDST Newgroup here to read up on others' questions specifically towards this certification (I would assume you'd eventually take the 272 also) as well as advises from others who have already taken the test. http://www.microsoft.com/learning/co... ang=en&cr=US Good luck to you. -- Steven Liu (Shohoku79) A+, MCP, MCDST "ajaz" wrote: > I am preparing to appear in 70-271 exam. Dear Liu
Thank you very much for your time and help. Also thank you for providing me with the link which is very useful as it highlights the real case scenarios.
