Wireless Networking - Trouble adding Laptop to Wireless Router |

Windows XP does not let me have a long enough WEP Key. I set up my D Link
Wireless Router with 128 bit encryption and a 26 character Key I have two computers set up for it but the laptop is stumping me it does not give me an option to enter a key when I click on the available network nor can I enter a long enough Key in the network properties. Anyone have a solution. =?Utf-8?B?TGFycyBQ?= |

Hi
Make sure that your card supports 128bit, if it does not switch to 64bit. It the card support 128bit copy and paste the string into the box even if the visible size of the string box does not show all the characters it would store it correctly. Jack (MVP-Networking).
