Toshiba Satellite Laptop

HI .. Sorry if this subject is not allowed on the newsgroup, but I need help.

On a Toshiba Satellite Laptop, Linskys is on, wireless is on, when I press
fn + f8 which has the wireless logo on, it tells me to ...... Turn the
communication switch on !

But I can't seem to find the switch, and can;t find the user manual

any help would be most welcome .........

On some Satellites, the switch is on the back, next to the USB port.
Or, go to http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/t...su_sc_home.jsp and
download the manual for your particular model.
