Does anyone know if Winsockfix is Vista compatible?
The 3rd party freeware application Winsockfix is for WinXP.
Vista is suppose to self correct the Winsock, run the Network Diagnosis
process and see what it says.

It could be 3rd party security software. Or this search result may help.
Vista Internet Access Issues
Vista: Can't access some secure web sites ... don't fix the problem,
try to use FireFox because some web sites and coding may not be compatible
with IE 7. ... www.chicagotech.net/vista/vistaieissues.htm
